Description:	The Lou Fusz Soccer Club was founded in 1992 by Lou Fusz Jr. and Don Popovic. Lou Fusz Jr. a prominent St. Louis businessman and owner of the widely recognized Lou Fusz Automotive Network Family hired Don Popovic, a former professional soccer player and coach, to form the first Lou Fusz Soccer team. Lou acquired a passion for soccer through his children who have all been part of the Lou Fusz Soccer Club tradition. Lou has always been active in sports and was a member of the basketball team while he attended Georgetown University. Lou envisioned that the soccer club would be a way he could give back to the community and gives young people the opportunity to develop the required skills to compete at the high school, collegiate or professional level. Lou's hope is that the players would have somewhere to grow & learn their soccer skills, while becoming well-rounded individuals.
