Description:The CHICO ROOKS, established in 1993, play in the reorganized Men's Premier Soccer League (MPSL) now called the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL). The NPSL is an expanded version of the old league, with the addition of a 6 team Midwest Division. The MPLS began with six teams in 2003, grew to ten in 2004, and the NPSL now boasts fourteen teams.
