Description:	Paul Stalteri played his first international match for Canada with the Under-17 youth team on August 22, 1993. He has remained a fixture with the National team ever since. His fondest memories with the Canadian soccer program remain the success he and his U-20 teammates experienced in 1997 when they advanced to the second round in the U-20 World Cup, and of course winning the Gold Cup in 2000.
