| Description: | The Washington State Soccer Association (WSSA) was formed to provide the widest opportunity for all adults to participate in the game of soccer while maintaining a safe playing environment within the laws of the game. Through affiliation with the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA), the WSSA is recognized as the National State Association for amateur adult players in Washington State. Membership in the USASA also links our organization to the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA).
WSSA is generally comprised of approximately 25 recreational and competitive leagues throughout the state.
Washington State Soccer Association forms a Men's and Women's Select Team that competes at regional and often national levels. WSSA also hosts the United States Amateur Soccer Association National Cup Competition (State Level) and the Evergreen Cup Competition. We maintain a Tournament List for the state of Washington and Oregon for current calendar year.
