Scottish club founded in 1903

Annan has one of the top non-league senior clubs in Scotland. Annan Athletic Football Club run senior teams in the East and South of Scotland Leagues, boys teams at several age groups, and a soccer school for primary school children. The club was formed in 1942 and during its brief history won many honours and competed in some memorable Scottish Cup Matches against Stranraer, Ayr United, Queens Park, Berwick Rangers, Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Brechin City. The clubhouse, training facilities and ground are at Galabank.

Scottish Football League, Scottish Football Clubs and Fixtures

Founded 1893 - Scotland's Highland Football League is Britain's most northerly senior football championship. As well as organising the Highland Football League, the annual championship, The Highland Football League is active in youth development of the game.

The Football Safety Officers Association (Scotland) was formed in May 1997. Its membership comprises the Safety Officers and Deputy Safety Officers from the 12 Scottish Premier League clubs and the 30 Scottish Football League 1, 2 and 3rd Divisions clubs. There is also representation from the Scottish Football Association, the Scottish Junior Football Association, and the Scottish Rugby Union whose nominees have Associate Membership.
