| Queen City Football Club - http://www.queencityfc.com/ Queen City FC (Buffalo, NY) has been created and designed for the purpose of raising the quality and quantity of soccer-related opportunities for children and young adults who are interested in pursuing a career in the sport (i.e. playing, coaching, managing, marketing, officiating, etc.). There are four separate, but interconnected branches that make up Queen City FC: 1. The Men's AmateurTeam 2. The Youth Academy 3. The Camps and Clinics 4. The Community Outreach Program The Men's Amateur team will be the highlight of our organization and will provide national exposure through North Americas top amateur soccer league (National Premier Soccer League) and name recognition to help substantiate the rest Queen City FCs involvements. | National Premiere Soccer League - http://www.nationalpremiersoccerleague.com/ The NPSL is an expanded version of the old league, with the addition of a 6 team Midwest Division. The MPLS began with six teams in 2003, grew to ten in 2004, and the NPSL now boasts fourteen teams. One of the goals of the NPSL is to be a true national league with teams across the United States in 2006-2007. The main objectives of the league remain the same. It is an owner-operated non-profit entity where each team has a vote on all league issues. This season the Western Division will include last year's teams Chico, Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Salinas, Sacramento, and Sonoma, and new teams San Diego Pumas and Pacific Red Devils. The Midwest Division fields the Detroit Arsenal, Grand Rapids Alliance, Milwaukee Bavarians, Princeton 56'ers, Minnesota Blast, and the St. Paul Twin Stars. - Read more |
